Dr. Jeffrey Hantes takes pride in his years of medical experience and comforting bedside manner. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and understands that his work as a doctor includes more than just diagnosing medical problems. Dr. Hantes believes compassionate care and patient education are two of the most important aspects of a treatment plan.
Dr. Hantes has years of experience working in the fields of gynecology and urogynecology. He attended medical school and completed his residency at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, where he also served as a professor for five years. Residents were able to work with underprivileged and high-risk patients, treating difficult and complex cases. Following his residency, Dr. Hantes completed a fellowship in Advanced Endoscopic and Pelvic Surgery at the Woman’s Hospital of Texas in Houston. He has always had a special interest in minimally invasive surgery and female incontinence/prolapse and is one of the most highly trained and skilled physicians in North Texas for treatment of these conditions. He has published several articles in this area and continually attends training for the most advanced treatments of these conditions.
Throughout his career, Dr. Hantes has been active in numerous medical societies and served on hospital committees.
