Under the care of board-certified pulmonologist Chuan Jiang, MD, the practice offers the full spectrum of pulmonary function testing and patient-centered services to provide you with comprehensive care for your condition.

Dr. Jiang is a fellowship-trained physician with board certifications in pulmonary disease, internal medicine, nephrology (kidney disease focus), and obesity medicine. He completed his undergraduate education at the prestigious Cornell University, obtaining his degree in molecular and cell biology. Following his studies, he went on to complete his doctorate in medicine at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Northwell Health - North Shore and Long Island Jewish Hospital and completed his pulmonary fellowship at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. 

Passionate about advancing the field of pulmonary medicine, Dr. Jiang has published a number of works in esteemed medical journals and presented his findings at national conferences. Dr Jiang is on faculty for the pulmonary fellowship at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and participates the education of training the next generation of pulmonary physicians. 

Chuan Jiang Medicine PC delivers evidence-based medicine with compassion and understanding.
