Formerly Beverly High School and Briscoe Middle School, this historic transformation will create 85 affordable apartments for low-income people aged 55+. Our community also offers six unique Live/Work studios with a preference for artists. These Live/Work studios do not carry any age or income restrictions. Previous classrooms give way to beautifully reimagined apartments complete with fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers. Outside the apartments, residents can enjoy locker lined hallways and full list of amenities, including a fitness center, community room, and enriching resident programming.
