Kate is dual licensed as a CPA and Lawyer in both designations by Minnesota and Florida and has more than 30 years of tax and business experience. She is an IRS credentialed agent and Tax Attorney representing clients in all tax matters before the IRS and US Tax Court. For over 20 years, Kate was employed by a Fortune 500 company & recognized as a top 1% leader of its sales & business executives due to her business acumen. Kate also worked at a Community Bank as a Vice President & Trust Officer with over 100 clients and assets of $200M+ and is also a Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) which requires extensive training, experience and continuing education.  She is a volunteer puppy raiser/trainer for Southeastern Guide Dogs for the Blind (www.guidedogs.org), runs 5K/10K/Half-Marathons for Charity, and a NASCAR fan.
