I opened Hands On Therapy Services in 2014 in Doral (Miami), FL to serve people with arm and hand injuries before and after surgery to be pain free, become active, and to avoid surgery or avoid complications from surgeries. Our mission is to help people make better decisions about their health and wellbeing through providing as much information as they need, so that they can enjoy work and play!

I am an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist. Graduating from the University of Florida in 2000 with a master's degree in occupational therapy, I first gained experience with upper extremity injuries in a hospital setting. I provided therapy treatment to patients after major surgery or illness that required close medical attention.

In 2006 I obtained my national board certification as a Certified Hand Therapist and continued to expand my area of practice in the outpatient setting. I rehabilitate persons with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries to regain function, enabling them to return to their activities of daily life and work. I love working with a wide variety of injuries, and particularly enjoy working with wound care, fabrication of orthoses, and complex injuries of the hand and wrist.

I love what I do to help people and look forward to helping as many people as I can. My vision is to not only share this love with people with injuries but also to help develop other occupational therapist in their professional pursuit of excellence.
